1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- It is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- It is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- You initiate the return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued as:

- Store credit or replacement (as per your preference).
- Refunds may take 5 business days to reflect in your account.
Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product, Klinol India will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
